Poker Mavens is a play-money poker software system that lets friends, family, co-workers, club members, or even the general public play Texas Hold`em against each other over the Internet or a local area network. Both ring (cash) game and tournament formats are supported in Poker Mavens, which consists of a server module that runs on any Windows computer and a Flash client that runs on any computer with an Adobe Flash Player compatible web browser (including Apple and Linux systems). The server module automatically serves the free Flash file so your players do not need to purchase or install any software to play on your site. As the game administrator, you can run a private server, a public server, or a combination system with passwords on selected tables.
Basic features include: Limit, Pot Limit, and No Limit Texas Hold`em, two to ten players per table, ring (cash) game and tournament formats , user accounts, resizable poker table window with animated graphics, sound effects, and an instant message style chat area,
and an optional server listing at PokerMavens.net
The Trial version is similar to the Lite Version but is restricted to 500 hands of Limit Hold`em and has at separate listing option at PokerMavens.net/trial.
The Lite version is limited to one live ring table and one live tournament table. It also does not have the custom graphics, banner ad, rake, or remote administration options that are available in the Pro version.
The Pro version features include: number of live tables limited only by system resources and available bandwidth, multi-table tournaments, custom graphics, banner ad option, and remote administration.
The Gold version has the same features as the Pro version except that the Flash client is unbranded.

WordZap(R) 7.14 is a Shareware word game where you race your computer opponent to create the most unique words from a given set of letters. When opponents make the same word, it is Zapped from both lists. As you get better at WordZap, your computer opponent becomes cleverer to match your ability.
In this version you can input words using either the keyboard or your mouse. Now, if you are a touch typist you can seriously speed up your play. If you are not yet a touch typist, playing WordZap is a good way to get some practice. We hope this new version will be useful in schools and anywhere people are learning to keyboard.
WordZap has beautiful new graphics and a variety of additional `motifs`. Four game options are available: EasyZap, LongZap, WordZap and MatchZap, increasing in difficulty. A variation called “Sudden Death” makes for even more exciting game play.
Extra word lists will satisfy the most exacting Scrabble players. Instant definitions are given for obscure words and longer definitions are immediately available online. You can play with words up to seven letters in ten languages (English, French, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese).
Two human opponents can play each other over the Internet or over a LAN. WordZap`s chat box helps you make new friends while you play. There is an online community of players who compete on a Ladder. If you like Boggle or Scrabble you will love WordZap.
